Marriage

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church is a historic church wedding venue in downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Situated in a diverse neighborhood, this communal hub welcomes couples from all cultures and backgrounds.

Facilities and Capacity

Built in 1766, Holy Trinity Lutheran Church is one of the oldest spiritual wedding venues in the state. Its congregation was first organized in 1730, 46 years before the United States became an independent nation. Visitors to the church can appreciate its rich history, and couples who marry here will become part of a long tradition. Behind the church’s rustic brick walls, you’ll find a timeless interior, beautiful in its simplicity. It features an impressive organ dating back centuries, stunning stained glass windows, and an impressive altar. The church can accommodate 350 guests, and the Parish House across the alley contains a café, library, and other spaces ideal for wedding preparation.

Services Offered

The team at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church is devoted to breaking barriers and helping forge meaningful connections. They’re happy to help couples plan their ideal ceremony.  Pastors Linda and Cliff Hanus, along with choirmaster and organist Dr. Robert C. Horton will provide any support needed. Sound and lighting equipment is available, and the venue is equipped with WiFi. There’s also parking on-site for guests. If you’re interested in exchanging your vows in this historic church, contact the team today. They’d be delighted to arrange a guided tour for you.

Our proximity to several popular reception venues and lodging choices for out of town guests is a convenient feature.
